InTTrust is Microsoft Gold Partner for Content and Collaboration and has successfully completed several projects servicing and supporting major enterprises in Greece, Europe and U.S.

InTTrust implements Intranet and Extranet Portals to facilitate the cooperation of executives of the firm  its customers’ access to important information, thereby improving efficiency and providing competitive advantage. This is achieved with the easy and fast creation, management, updating and distributing information from the same parts that are responsible for this. The information is utilized in any form : text, presentation, spreadsheet, picture, email, audio, etc. Document management (check-in, check-out, versioning, etc.) is achieved while data security management to implement facilitates a security model that reflects the organizational structure of the company, which assigns roles and accordingly allows access to information. To implement Intranets and Extranets Portals our company leverages advanced technologies like Microsoft SharePoint and IBM WebSphere.

Some notable relevant projects include:

  • Business Helpdesk and knowledge base for 5.000 users with custom search, FAQ, and rating mechanism
  • Bank Group Central Intranet: 20.000 users, 10 countries, announcements, document management, custom forms, views , search.
  • Access Rights Management Workflow System: Automation of the process for Access Rights Granting, for all bank users
  • E-commerce platforms
  • Implementation of group-wide internal social network with Microsoft Yammer (3000 users in 4 countries)
  • Document management system implementation in SharePoint Server – interconnection with Oracle Siebel CRM

Our services overcome the deployment and expand to post-sales support and additional customizations.

Using standard web services and through the use of specific tools such as IBM MQ Platform and Microsoft BizTalk Server, we implement solutions that help our customers to interconnect different systems and to ensure the exchange of information between applications.

We have already implemented more than 100 portals using SharePoint Server and through intensive customization (search customization, Infopath and custom forms, web services, etc.), leveraging additional technologies in depth (Forms Based Authentication, Business Data Catalog & Business Connectivity Services, Services Excel, Performance Point Services, Workflow Foundation) and many times via content and application migration between different versions of SharePoint, obtaining thus a deep knowledge of the possibilities and the limits of the platform differences.
