Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

What you’ll do

On Requirements

Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as — but not limited to — epics, user stories and backlogs
Specify and validate requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software, systems and processes
Negotiate trade-offs that are acceptable to key stakeholders and within budgetary, technical, regulatory constraints

On Data Modelling

Apply standard data modelling and design techniques based upon a detailed understanding of requirements
Establish and maintains logical data model and associated components.
Support data engineering, integration and interoperability activities from functional point of view

On Business Situations

Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements
Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity
Engage and collaborate with key operational stakeholders
 
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
At least 5 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in large-scale organization
At least 3 years of professional experience on business analysis and requirements management (life cycle, analysis and design), preferable on financial sector

The following will be considered as a plus:

Experience in data modelling (conceptual and logical models, business metrics & insights indicators)
Professional experience in the energy or utilities sector
Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise applications on information flows in large-scale organizations and regulated environments

PSM (L1 or L2) or PMI-ACP certifications

Database Administrator (Oracle)

We are seeking to hire a talented Database Administrator to join our DBA team, in order to strengthen company’s ability to deliver, successfully, IT projects to large Enterprises.

What you’ll do

Work collaboratively with different teams to administer the build out and support of databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production system
Escalate to certain suppliers on customer’s behalf to try to resolve issues outside of our control, such as bug fix requests.
Communicate with the customer through formal correspondence
Ensure compliance with all technical specifications
Database health monitoring, export and import
Organize and provide daily operations and checks.

Requirements
